We will be hosting this term’s first OGM at noon on the 9th of November 2025 in the Middle Common Room. Motions can be submitted to the secretary, mcr.secretary@st-hughs.ox.ac.uk, and should be submitted by 5pm on Wednesday in order to be included on the agenda for this meeting. Nominations are open for election to the MCR Committee. See a list of committee roles open for nominations here. Nominations should be submitted by emailing the Returning Officer at joseph.derosa@wadham.ox.ac.uk, copying the President, mcr.president@st-hughs.ox.ac.uk, and Secretary, mcr.secretary@st-hughs.ox.ac.uk, by 23:59 on Friday 7th November 2025. Hustings will be on Sunday 9th November at 12:00 in the Middle Common Room. Voting will take place online via the Oxford University SU website, and will run from 09:00 on Monday 10th November 2025 through 17:00 on Friday 14th November 2025.
